Absolutely. For the business plan and above, think of it like an unlimited web design plan. What that means is that we won’t design your website from scratch with a maintenance plan, but we will build off of what currently exists (using the current design as a base). So on top of the features of Personal, if you want to add/remove sections, images, and improve the overall design, the Business & Enterprise plans are perfect for you.

24 hours past registration, a member of our onboarding team will be in touch with you to continue on to the next steps. All in all, onboarding takes 1-2 days.
What's the main attraction for a maintenance plan?
To sum it up, the Personal maintenance plan offers unlimited website updates, security, and support for a reasonable monthly price so your website can run smoothly.

Do you offer 24/7 support?
Yes! We include 24/7 support for all Business & Enterprise plan subscribers. Don’t worry, Personal plans also have support, but with a response time of 1-2 business days via Teams or the portal ticketing system.
How much does it cost?
The prices above are our fixed rates in US Dollars (USD). If you have a preferred currency, please contact us. We support all currencies, including CAD, EUR, GBP, AUD, NZD, and NIS.
What kind of support options do you offer?

Can I cancel immediately?
Yes! There are no contracts or commitments with Maintenance & Support Plans, which are separate from Website Plans.
If I host with you, will my website have downtime?
While we cannot guarantee 100% uptime, and you should be wary of anyone who does, we do boast a 99.99% uptime due to our strong servers, CDN, DDoS protection, monitoring, and maintenance.
